Privacy policy

How the BeSportify corporate website handles information when you browse or contact us. The separate StatStrike application and any contracted services need their own applicable notices.

Who is responsible

BeSportify is the brand for this website. The operator and available privacy contact details are listed below. Use the privacy contact for questions, complaints, or requests about your information.

Information used and why

To deliver pages and protect the service, hosting infrastructure processes connection information such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information, request time, and errors. Hosting providers may keep operational and security logs.

The enquiry form prepares an email on your device. It asks only for a message and, optionally, a name. It does not upload form entries to this website or save them in browser storage. Your email application opens only after you select the consent checkbox and choose Open email draft. You decide whether to send the email.

If you send an email, we receive your email address, message, and anything you include. We use those details to respond and handle your request. Please do not include passwords, payment card details, identity documents, health records, or identifiable information about children or other players.

Choices and legal grounds

The form asks for permission to use the details you send to handle your enquiry. This is separate from marketing; there is no newsletter or advertising opt-in in this form. You can contact the privacy address to withdraw that permission. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully carried out.

Depending on the law that applies, responding to a requested quotation may also involve steps you ask us to take before a contract. Essential hosting and security processing supports operating and protecting the website; legal obligations may require particular records to be retained. These purposes do not authorise unrelated marketing.

Cookies, tracking, and external services

The public website does not include visitor analytics, advertising pixels, session replay, or embedded third-party video, maps, or social feeds. Fonts are served with the site. The cookie policy explains the optional saved theme and editorial preview cookies.

Published content is managed with Sanity. Approved images may be delivered using the website image service and Sanity infrastructure. Hosting, content delivery, and the email services used to exchange messages process information needed for their functions. An external link takes you to a separate service, where its own privacy and cookie practices apply.

The corporate website does not implement the sale of visitor data, advertising audience sharing, automated decisions about visitors, or payment collection.

Sharing and international processing

Information needed to deliver the website or handle correspondence may be processed by hosting and email providers and authorised people handling the request. Information may also need to be disclosed to comply with a legal obligation or address misuse.

Providers may process information in countries outside your own. Contact the privacy address for information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your request.

How long information is kept

Unsent form text is held in the open page; a draft created in your email application is managed by that application. The site does not keep a copy. A saved theme stays on this browser until you remove it or clear site storage.

For correspondence and operational logs, retention depends on the purpose, provider settings, any resulting service relationship, and legal recordkeeping requirements. We have not published a fixed retention period for these records. You can ask the privacy contact about the period and deletion options applicable to your information.

Your requests and complaints

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, or obtain a copy of your information, object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or nominate another person to exercise rights. Contact the privacy address with a description of your request. Do not send identity documents unless a proportionate verification step is specifically requested.

You may also complain to the competent data protection or consumer authority where applicable. Nothing here limits rights or remedies provided by law.

Children and updates

This corporate enquiry form is intended for adult business contacts. Please have a parent, guardian, or authorised adult contact us instead of sending a child’s personal details. If you believe a child’s information has been sent, contact the privacy address.

We will update this page when website practices change. The date above identifies this version.
